Paper St is a small team, so there is no ticket queue and no bot in front of us. Email is the most direct way in. If something we built is not working right, say so plainly and we will look at it.
01A complaint, or something we built is broken
Send it to [email protected]. It reaches us directly. Useful things to include, when you have them: what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when. A screenshot or the page address usually saves a round trip.
If you are an existing client, say which system it is, since most of what we build runs on accounts in your own name.
02Your data: access, correction, or deletion
Email the same address and say what you want done. What we collect and how long we keep it is written out in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.
03Partnerships, press, and everything else
Same address. If it is about working together on a build, the Work with us page covers the three ways that usually happens, and the form there tells us more up front than an email thread would.
